Refund policy

Returns
You've got 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back. Items need to be unworn, unwashed and in the condition they arrived.

Returns are free. Email us at hello@supereightstudio.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Please get in touch before sending anything back, as we can't process returns we don't know about.

Misprints, damage or the wrong item
Everything is printed to order, so occasionally something goes wrong. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full. You don't need to send it back.

Refunds
Once your return reaches us, we'll check it and let you know. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Exchanges
The quickest way to swap a size or colour is to return the original and place a new order.

Gift cards
Gift cards can't be returned or refunded.

These terms don't affect your statutory rights. UK and EU customers have a legal right to cancel within 14 days, and our 30-day window covers that.
