Shipping policy

Every Super Threads item is printed to order by our production partner Printful, so it's made just for you.

Production: usually 2 to 5 business days.
Delivery after production: usually 3 to 5 business days in the UK, and 4 to 8 business days for the EU and US.
Costs: shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking: you'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Duties: orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to local import taxes or duties, which are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or damaged parcels: email hello@supereightstudio.com within 30 days of shipping and we'll sort it out.
